Quick and simple cards

Use a card kit:
To make cards quickly, purchase a card kit - like the Everyday Occassions Card Kit on page 23 and page 196 of the catalogue.
Everything is included to make 20 cards, even the stamps and ink.
This is one that I made:

Make a banner:
Adhere a wide banner shape to your folded A4 card and decorate it with punched pieces. Tie a ribbon along the top. My navy circle is made using MDS (My Digital Studio) and an electronic cutter. You can see it featured in the catalogue at the bottom of page 10.

Add some punched shapes:
For this card, below, I added a framed sentiment and a scattering of punched stars. So quick and easy!

To make a wider frame for the stamped oval I cut two frames from the Apocathecary Accents framelits and trimmed a bit off each one.

Then I glued them together so that the small scallop at each end of the shape overlapped.

Next I glued on a strip of card to cover the join...

Lastly I glued my oval on top and voila! You have a nice frame for your punched oval shape.
