Here are some post note holders that I made back in March for the ladies that attended my extravaganza.
This is a look at the inside...
And these are the bits needed to make it.
The eyes were adhered to the heart (with raised foam dots) which made the heart into a beak and also made a space for the flap closure, to slot down into.
