Quick and Easy Cards
If you are reading this on the 13th of May, I will be attending my second day of the Melbourne Stampin' Up! Conference. So very exciting. I hope to learn lots to share with you in future posts but for now I want to show you two wonderful easel cards that were designed by my 13 year old daughter.
They are so cost effective as they use only white and one other colour. I loved the simple and clean design. I copied this first one using old olive instead of the now retired brilliant blue colour.

The second easel card that Paige made, I ended up teaching in my kids school holiday class. The real red is the perfect colour choice for this fun birthday card. The ribbon and hardware are both from Stampin' Up! but are now retired products. I thought it was great how Paige tied in the dotty ribbon with the embossed dots background.

Finally using Paige's design, I made a male themed card.

Great cards don't always have to be busy and expensive. So thanks Paige for the reminder of getting back to the basics.
