Tools: Circle cutter and glass mat, scallop oval punch, ornament punch, wide oval punch (extra lge oval), 1.3cm small circle punch

Stamps: Loads of Love

Inks: basic black BL, old olive OO, pacific point blue PPB, rose red ROS

Card: whisper white WW, real red RR, bashful blue BB, celebrations paper dsp

Extras: Dimensionals, stick on rhinestones, shimmer paint, sponges, daubers, glitter, 2 way glue pen, black marker pen or journal pen, real red marker pen

Instructions:

1. Cut an 8½” x 4¼” piece of WW card. Fold in half and adhere a 4” x 4” square of dsp onto the front. Cut a 3” circle out of the front centre of card. Keep the cut out piece of dsp to re use.

2. Cut a 4” x 4” square of WW card and using a scrunched up piece of plastic food wrap, dab blotches of shimmer paint on card. When dry, sponge over whole card with OO ink. Stamp two Christmas trees on one side of card. Adhere to the inside of your card along the top edge only!

3. Cut a ring by cutting a smaller circle, then a larger circle using the circle scissors cutting system. Adhere over top of the cut out circle on the centre of your card.

4. Make up the snow kid punch art as per picture using the ornament punch for the face and top part of hat. Use wide oval punch to create brim of hat. Draw in face and dauber rose colour on cheeks. Punch small circles for the hands (these are adhered on last).

5. Stamp Merry Christmas on BB card and punch out with a scallop oval punch. Use a 2 way glue pen and glitter to decorate the edge of the punched shape.

6. Cut a small section of the left over dsp to fit inside the bottom of the ring. Turn dsp over so that the opposite side shows through. Adhere in place. Then adhere snowkid on one side and greeting on the other (use dimensional to adhere greeting on).

7. Cut a 4” x 4¼” WW card to make the stand. Score at 1”, 2” and 3” to make 4 equal sections. Valley fold the middle score line and mountain fold the 2 outside score lines. Adhere one of the outside sections to the inside front of the card, taking care to line it up with the bottom of the card. The last section gets adhered to the inside back of the card and the sponged WW square card lifts over this attached piece and settles into the valley of the stand.
